Spencer Robert Nunley

Spencer Nunley age 78, of Palmyra, IN, died on February 7, 2023.

He was born on August 10, 1944 to Carl and Mandy Nunley. Spencer worked as a Bus Driver for Eastern High School. He married Jerrietta (Melton) Nunley from Eastern Kentucky. Spencer and Jerrietta lived in Palmyra, IN. He was a former Pastor for the Church of God Prophecy in New Albany, IN. Spencer enjoyed westerns, fishing, guns, motorcycles, and spending time with friends and family.  

He is preceded in death by his Father, Carl E Nunley; Mother, Mandy Nunley; three infant siblings, Lowell Thomas Nunley, Allen Bergus Nunley, Patricia Carlene Nunley; Five Brothers, James E Nunley, William Clarance Nunley, Thomas J "Lawrence" Nunley, Franklin D Nunley, Clyde D Nunley; Two Sisters, Lucille Hayes, and Sarah E Quillen;

Spencer is survived by Son, Mark Nunley, Son, Lawrence Ed Nunley; brother, Edward Gail Nunley; sister, Juanita Faye Slone.

Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Friday February 17, 2023, at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.

Visitation will be held on the same day from 11am-3pm.

Cremation was chosen.
