Obituary

Melva Gehm, age 84, of Floyds Knobs died peacefully at her home on February 1, 2023.

 

She was born on October 2, 1938 to Melvin  and Tina Holder in Columbia, TN. She attended school at Morgan Township. Melva married Paul Edward Gehm on September 02, 1961, She was a loving housewife, mother, and grandmother. Melva enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking, and going to the casino. She loved spending time with her family and friends. 

 

Melva is preceded in death by her, Husband, Paul Edward Gehm; Two Brothers, Keith Holder, David Holder; Two Sisters, Sylvia Hillegas, Norma  Pendleton; Mother, Tina Holder; Father, Melvin  Holder;

 

She is survived by Sons, Todd Gehm, Tim Gehm, Scott Gehm; Granddaughters, Hannah Gehm, Sophia Gehm,  Nora Gehm; Grandson, Robert Payne, Jr.; as well as her  Care Giver, Tina  Banet.

 

Visitation will be held from 10am to 12pm, on Saturday February, 04, 2023 at Love Funeral Home, Palmyra, IN. Funeral services will be held at 12pm the same day. Cremation was chosen with Love Funeral Home in charge of arrangments.
