Daemeon Patrick Wayne Meredith

New Pekin, IN, Daemeon Patrick Wayne Meredith, age 15, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on April 23, 2022. Daemeon was born on September 19, 2006, in Corydon, IN, to Joseph and Christy (Jaggers) Meredith. He attended Eastern High School in Pekin, IN, and was currently continuing his studies from home. Daemeon enjoyed video games, basketball, swimming, fishing, and spending time in the woods. He loved spending time with his family and friends as well as caring for his cats.

Daemeon is preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred Patrick Good, Shirley Embry, Charles Harmon, Ron Osman, Gerald Cribbs, and Aletha Cribbs.

He is survived by his parents; one sister, Jasmine Meredith; one brother Phoenix Meredith; four aunts Elizabeth (Stacey) Chrisman, Crystal (Johnny) Walker, Tiffany (McKee) Young, Heather Good; one uncle, Ronald Osmon; three grandparents, Hope Grey, Frances Osmon, William (Alesia) Good; three great-grand parents, Maggie Allen, Marilyn Harmon, and Harold Embry; one great- great- grandmother, Dorothy Duvall, as well as many beloved Cousins.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN. Visitation will be held on the same day from 10 a.m. until time of service. Cremation was chosen and will follow the services.
