Bobby Ray Likens

Bobby Ray Likens, 83, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023, in Corydon, Indiana. He was born on December 19, 1939, to the late Raven Bird and Anna Mae Likens in Westmoreland, Tennessee. Bobby was a loving husband, dad, grandpa and great grandpa. He was a member of Alpha Omega Full Gospel Church of New Salisbury, IN., and also attended Full Gospel Outreach Center in Salem, IN. A dedicated and hardworking man, Bobby was employed by Electricom in Paoli, IN., Salem Cheese Factory, and Imperial Clevite in Salem, IN., Campbellsburg Supply & McIntyre Service Center in Campbellsburg, IN., and a retired Self-Employed Mechanic. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Raven Bird Likens, and Anna Mae Willis Likens, Bobby is preceded in death by his 4 siblings, J.C. Likens, Reba Graves Hamilton, Hollis Likens, and Gladys Hauskin.

Left to cherish his memory, Bobby leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years, Catherine Marie Naylor Likens; 3 children, Karen Hamilton (Bob) of Baxter, TN., Kathy Floyd (Mick) of New Albany, IN., and Jeremy Likens (Robin) of Bedford, IN.; 4 grandchildren, Amanda Hamilton of Baxter, TN., Christopher Miller (Rachel) of Seymour, IN., Kelsey Likens of Bedford, IN., and Sydney Miller (Tyler) of Bedford, IN.; 1 great grandchild, Allisynn Miller of Seymour, IN.; several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.

A funeral service for Mr. Bobby Ray Likens will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Love Funeral Home, 14345 Greene Street NE, Palmyra, IN. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 5 PM to 8 PM, and prior to the service from 11 AM to 1 PM, at the funeral home. Burial at Kansas Cemetery will follow the service.
