In Loving Memory of Sharon Rose (Arnold) Rudolph
Sharon Rose Rudolph, age 79, of Palmyra, IN, gracefully departed this world on January 21, 2024. Born on October 13, 1944, to the loving embrace of George and Gladys Arnold in Palmyra, she filled her journey with warmth, love, and countless cherished moments.
Sharon's educational journey led her through the halls of Morgan High School, setting the stage for a life dedicated to knowledge and service. Her professional path unfolded as she became a Manager for Blue River Services and later embraced her passion for literature as a Librarian for the Harrison County Library in Palmyra, IN.
A resident of Palmyra, IN, Sharon found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Computers, road trips with her best friend Veronica, cats, and movies were not just interests but gateways to a life well-lived. Yet, amidst these passions, her greatest joy was found in the company of her family and friends, especially her adored grandchildren.
Sharon is preceded in death by her father, George Arnold, her mother, Gladys Arnold, and siblings Mary Arnold, Patty Miller, Joanne Keeling, Nelson Arnold, George Arnold, and Jon Arnold. Their spirits now join hers in eternal peace.
Survived by her son, Jeff (Twyla) Rudolph, and grandchildren Brittany (Austin) Nevil and Brett Rudolph, Sharon leaves behind a legacy of love that extends to her great-grandson, Knox Nevil.
A Memorial service to honor Sharon's life will be held at Love Funeral Home, Palmyra, IN. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 am to 12 pm. In accordance with her wishes, cremation was chosen, and Love Funeral Home has been entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out these final services.
